I’ve been trying to figure out what is wrong with my form while hip thrusting for MONTHS. It always works my quads, not my glutes. This is the first video I’ve come across that has mentioned the bench height and it’s literally changed my life 😮

The bench height is something I don't see a lot of people talk about and makes a huge difference, I always have to climb to set up

Idk how people can do hip thrusts with heavy weights without a bar pad, I always got super bad bruising on my hip bones until I started using it lol

I was struggling with this workout so much today that I had to keep stop mid workout and search hip thrust form to figure out what I was doing wrong, not 2 hours later this pops up on reels🤯 I really needed this, I’ll try again tomorrow

ugh, thank you!!! nearly every glute bridge video just starts with them doing the exercise. where is the set up?? it's one of the most intimidating exercises for me to do at the gym
