Want to say, I truly enjoy your videos and find them informative, I appreciate the fact you, but come at it I should say from a sports medicine perspective as well, I’ve been training since I was 17, I’m 61 now. The only thing I like at 61 that I had back when I was 21 was nighttime erections on a regular basis, other than that my testosterone according to my doctors are still at the levels of an early 20 year old and people never guessed me and my real age. It’s all due to training in living rate. The secret to happiness and health. Thanks again.

Hi Sir, in another vdo, you have told us about pelvic exercise viz. Cats and dogs exercise. But here u r cautioning & telling us to do it properly as u directed in that vdo.
Please make another thorough vdo on pelvic exercise wherein we can exactly aware the mistake to avoid while doing pelvic exercise in order to get maximum benefit. Thanks for your every vdo which are immensely helpful to better our health.

I was delighted by this entire video, but especially the sound medical advice that one claim a higher age than one actually is. I have been using this strategy to great effect for years, and so it is good to have the approval of a medical expert. "My goodness! You look so young for such an old guy! How do you do it?" I find that such compliments are very good for my erectile health.

I've tried it all, I'm 56 years old and "It" hasn't worked in almost 3 years. It tries to get up, about halfway then within minutes, falls straight down. I give up.
