I do intermittent fasting, 1st meal 11am, & last meal before 7pm. Fast lasts 16 hours. However, I do drink green tea or green juice before 11 am. I have lost weight and feel better overall. I also do hot yoga.

We Muslims fast (no intakes whatsoever) Dawn to sunset in the holy month of Ramadan every year... And those who follow the religion more fast at least 3 days every month whole year... I love Islam... 🤗

Real fasting people are in India. Jain community. Some take a vow to fast as much as 41 days. They consume only warm water sometimes with lemon juice. ....
