That whole house needs clearing out and cleaning up all that STUFF....it is so cluttered .

Please tell us that ALL filthy insulation through the home was removed and replaced because it wasn't shown. The lackadaisical attitude of the owners was very odd. The smell of a rotting rodent in walls is just horrible. How could they have had that petrified carcass behind the stove and not known it???

Eww- rats! Good that theyre cleaned up, because they could have been cited as a nuisance property, or the Canadian equivalent of Child Protective Service might have visited.

Sandra Westley uk, are these people totally mad, they didn’t know it was that bad, HOW can adult people be so ignorant of the basic facts of life, oh we concentrate all our energy’s on our son, as he’s dyslexic I have 6 grandsons 4 of which are dyslexic but I still wouldn’t bring them up in a rat infested filthy home. There’s just no excuses at all for such filth.

These people are filthy! They need to clean out clutter and block up holes! Yup! I’m judgy when it comes to clean! You’re wasting your time. As soon as you leave they’ll clutter and filth it up again.

So rodents of any kind (mice, voles, rats, squirrels) can be horrible. You want to get rid of them FAST.
They will chew threw wires because there is a chemical in wire coating that smells like sugar to them. So they can cause fires.
I live in the country so rodents are a constant thing. I’ve seen people make live traps with a 5 gallon bucket and see saw.

Rats have bladders and they do not carry plague or cholera.
