The lady was being kind to the rats by feeding them. She didn't understand the havic they were causing to her house. You guys were so nice to her trying to make her understand what was going on. We need you here in North Georgia with our rat problem. They have chewed holes in our wall.

Unfortunately, the lady is clearly going through personal struggles, physically, mentally and emotionally. Thanks guys for helping her out.

We fed squirrels in our garden. It was delightful seeing them every day. Until one day we saw rats waiting in the same place the squirrels used to wait. We had never seen rats on (or even near) our property. The sad thing is, they would stand up with their little hands in front of them, begging, like the squirrels used to look when they ate.

They actually looked cute, like the squirrels - and I'm terrified of rats. They probably thought, "Why don't we deserve treats..why is it you like them and not us?" I had to throw objects at them, to discourage them, and of course we had to stop feeding the squirrels. I'm not saying it's inevitable that you'll get rats if you feed squirrels...but we did.

I haven't seen this channel before, first time finding them but they are some of the most gentle, empathetic, kind hearted people I have ever seen, particularly in a line of work that requires a lot "toughness" in a way, for lack of a better word. They obviously care a lot about these people

She’s probably going to go back to her old ways and feed the rats again

Poor Anne 😢 she doesn’t need to get rid of a little bit of stuff it all needs to go. The smell must be absolutely horrendous in that home.

This lady has a kind heart, she should feed the birds in her yard, they are pretty to watch and the lady will still be able to use her kind heart to feed animals.

Am I the only one thinking there’s still more rats in both houses? Can you guys do a follow up on this place!

The challenge on this job is on another whole new level compared with the others I've seen you tackle. I fear the old lady will revert back to her rat feeding ways though.

I laughed when the reporter jumped back from the rat caught outside. Poor guy was used to it by the end. I feel for this woman as we have had rats for years even after eliminating as many food sources as possible. Everything is stored in rodent proof containers, junk around the house is disposed of and so on. Once you have them, you have them.

I loved the way you sealed the roof vent pipes with the coupling and the mesh.
Fan-stinkin-tastic!!

That works great in sunny California. I do something similar here in Texas.
Just be aware, if you’re watching this and live up north where you get months of ice and snow, you need to look at different options .

Wire mesh and then Critter Quitters or PermaBoots are an option.
Very well done! (As always) Jim, Dave and crew
