man.. i use to be an exterminator. spotting a mouse in ur kitchen is 1 thing, it’s ny. even the cleanest tenants are gonna see a mouse here & a roach there, but this is insane. what sad is most infestations usually stem from just 1 to a few nasty people in a building. doesn’t matter how clean u keep ur place, if u have unsanitary neighbors, they will come.

This makes me angry. These beautiful children shouldn’t have to live in such horrible conditions. All the tenants should refuse to pay their rent until this gets resolved.

I know a lady who has two pet raccoons and she lives in a rodent infested building but to be honest not a single rat even comes through her apartment at anytime. Lol

There's dishes in the sink ..pot on the stove..one rat can be seeing eating something on a stove...yes I agree it's a problem in general, however each Tenant have to do their part to maintain a clean space so the rats will stay away...
