Hey man, How are you pressing/doing overhead exercises with heavy loads with shoulder impingement? Everytime I press or perform overhead exercises I tend to feel pain in my shoulder

Hello! Why do bench press always arch their back? I mean i know why they arch their back, but im just wondering why not just do a decline instead. Cause it really look like its the same angle as a decline. Someone please help!
