Another quick way to kill delirium is sacred heart + Trisagion + Neptunus. Fire all the tears when the meter is full and watch his health disappear

One of my wishes for when I got Repentance (for console) was getting a Bethanny/Tainted Bethanny 99 hearts + Meat Cleaver run to get to Delirium.

I used Plan C on Delirium at the beginning of the fight, but he survived it, because HE TURNED INTO THE FUCKING HAUNT RIGHT AS I PRESSED THE SPACEBAR

I know I'm a little late but I just discovered that if you're playing as Bethany/have the Book of Virtues and held Notched Axe at some point, any poop destroyed grants you a wisp. Red poop also grants you a wisp every time you destroy it even if it's already been used. Not gamebreaking but certainly helpful.
