If you watch Deadpool two, during the fight with juggernaut at the end, he gets his head shoved full force into a sharp metal fence pole going straight through his head. (It went through in such a way that it couldn’t have missed his brain.) however Colossus just rips the metal out of wades head, he shakes it off and acts fine.

it's actually confirmed in a comic. he told it to another hero (can't remember who it was), he was punched in the face with brute force by The thing (the guy made of rocks if you some how did'nt know who he is)

In the comics he literally regenerated from a single cell and was completely fine. Memory and all.

Well, in one of the Deadpool movies I think it was the first one the main bad guy says something like “he can regenerate but if he there’s nothing to regenerate he will die” so basically if you vaporize him he will die
