I would hire you on the spot! Your style would be an asset to ANY company. Im very curious as to where you landed your job! I was in retail for 25 years managing a major retail co for 10 years until I started my own business. Didn't have a weekend off for seriously 10 years without asking for that day off. Once my son started playing sports....I had to go, leaving a good salary behind. Now I double what I was making which made that a good decision. Now I love what I do and all the "free" time I want....Not free and I work al lot, but its FYYI..time! FYI, I think you work for Hermes?lol

Love these tips...so many people are in retail & SHOULD NOT BE . As a MUA I've worked for Chanel beauty which is a different clientele when I worked for MAC but the basic service foundation is the same. Some have it some don't.

Just discovered you! LOVE your videos. Thanks for being so fabulous! I work for Saks Fifth Ave and it is such an absolute joy. Definitely want to stay with dept. stores though and move up to London someday to work for Harrods, or work for Bergdorf Goodman in NYC! The joy of life is not knowing exactly what is going to happen, but having so many options and opportunities that whatever does happen, will be amazing. Regardless, these tips are absolutely true! You are asking someone to spend literally thousands of dollars, and you are earning commission off that. You HAVE to connect with them. Being good at your job means them thinking you want to be their best friend. You should have a big and wonderful personality! You should be able to sweet talk your clients and tell them how amazing, beautiful, and fabulous they are! I love that you keep this real and point all of this out, because it is so true! Keep doing and being you and I hope you achieve everything you love and want!

Thank you so much for this video, because I had an interview for Saks Fifth Avenue on 5th Ave in NY and I wanted to look up how I can work in a job like this. The only job I used to work in that was clientele based was when I used to work for Bebe. But Bebe was both hourly and commission based. Saks Fifth Avenue is straight commission based, so it kind of makes me feel a little nervous, so I wanted to do some time of rescearch on how I can work in job like Saks. Because I desire to work for Vogue or Harper's Bazaar magazine, I need these types of skills so I can be a true asset. And this video helped me a lot.
