I brought a Opel Astra 2 years ago (second hand that was always serviced & looked after) and Ive never ever had a problem.Great car, recommend to anyone, Thz for the upload

bought a 2nd hand `13 plate SRi 1.4 turbo automatic from local vauxhall dealer with only 1400 miles on the clock yes that right 1400 miles had it for about 6 weeks now brilliant car, goes like shit off a shovel ! dealer put on mud flaps and carpet mats and years tax for 11 grand cash( new price is 23 grand) and the car is virtually new anyway, now had diamond bright coating inside and out so need never polish it again, trouble is wife loves it as well oh well always got the company `Banger` to drive

I've had the 1.4 turbo for a year now and I love. Absolutely no faults, light on fuel but is quite quick, and the six speed box means it eats up a long road at low revs.

Had a 1.4 t for 3 years now no problem very nice car change at the end of july 2016 for a GTC 1.6 t looking forward to the extra power

I've had my eye on this for a while and I think it looks great to the point where I was considering getting one. I'm put off by the slightly cheaper feel to its rivals though.

was between vw scirocco and astra gtc. finally taken the 1.6 t GTC... much cheaper and loads of options... power is awesome... designwise scirocco more beautiful but not as practical

Tempted for this as a first car used... the 1.4 petrol with 140bhp is cheap to insure for me and I'm 17... only £1400 a year

Pity we don't get the option of having an Opel badged version in RHD like they do in Ireland as I'd never buy a Vauxhall, as it sadly means nothing to me as a brand !!!

Seriously considering one of these as my next car! Also, it has to be a 2014 1.6T because it has the most power out of any Astra besides the OPC :)

I have an opel Astra j GTC coupe 1.6 180hp model 2012-2013! My question is if I can replace this A16LET engine with the purchase of a new A16SHT Vauxhall Astra GTC 2014 200hp engine on the same body?I would appreciate someone interested in giving me some answers I need to know!
