Vauxhall Astra GTC : Car Review

Not since the Calibra appeared some twenty or so years ago, has there been a mainstream Vauxhall that has really made you say "Phwoar!" but that's all set to change with the arrival of a brand new car. And the biggest shock of all? It's an Astra!

got the 1.6t 200ps on a 2014... first car I've ever owned that's been practically new when bought and hast let me down feels solid and fun when required.. and the suspension is insane the grip on exiting roundabouts in the wet even is shockingly good and I've only got 18s on it

Just got back from a test drive in one of these. I went looking to find a reason not to order it but I couldn't find one. Guess I'll have to order the SRi version then.

Feels really nice to drive and pulls well from low down the range. The electronic brake is going to take a little getting used to but I'm sure I'll manage.

I heard that they have stopped making the 1.6 180bhp cuz they are making it faster, 200bhp.

i don't now why in UK Opel it's called Vauxhall, but in rest of Europe it's a good car but not in Britain
