Something I realized recently is that Shaky aim for me is caused when I am either nervous or I am not confident in my aim enough to keep up with faster movements and something that helped me get way better at having smooth/more relaxed aim is to play games with the mindset of being relaxed the entire time and if im nervous i remind myself to relax in gun fights

My wrist used to feel really stiff when tracking. It was extremely shaky and felt awful, so I committed to working on smoothness.

A few things did help me out quite a lot.

First of all, I did mini sphere voltaic almost every day for about 30 mins to an hour, on a blisteringly high sens. Ranging from 4 -15, but sometimes higher to work on my arm control. One other thing I did was to not try and move the crosshair to the target, but instead simply match the speed of the bot. Even if I was slightly off I didn't want to keep looking at the crosshair and trying to judge the distance because that made me even shakier, once I started to simply use my peripheral and match the speed I started doing much better.

Then it just came down to trying my absolute hardest to force myself to be smooth in games even if it first it didn't yield good results.

Now my reactive tracking and ability to adjust quickly is faltering because I put so much effort into being smooth :/

You should make aim schedules of different aiming scenarios for certain games like cs or cod. (For example) Monday would be ts and Tuesday would be precise tracking
