OMG, about 3 years ago my headset would no longer connect via bluetooth, I contacted Apple and they gave me the name of local shops, but none really supported it, I put them away thinking I would perhaps sell them for parts. Cleaning out my closet to paint I saw them again and figured to see if I can find a shop, checking Youtube I came across your video, bottom line it worked, these things look brand new, glad I held on to them. Never knew about factory resetting, Thanks....

For the people who still can't get the paring symbol to pop up you'll need to open the right side and locate the battery connector careful when you open it up not to break any wires they are very fragile once you locate the battery connector just go ahead and pull it out carefully and wait for a couple seconds before reconnecting after that you should be able to connect to them again.
Some of these headphones some of the connector are not fully seated in correctly causing this problem.

I'm ages using the wire cause i couldn't get my Bluetooth and Beats connected! no matter what I tryed! I used to use it all the time but after a while I though it was broke and I gave up and was using the wire" 😐 this total reset has me back wireless again! thank you 🎶💃🎶

To factor rest you need to turn them on then hold the power button button and the volume down button at the same time for around 10 seconds.

Ok so anyone that can factory reset I have a little solution for you make sure you have a list of every device your headphones have been connected to that are in range then have only the Bluetooth of the device you want to use on nd turn of Bluetooth on all the other devices this makes sure it’s not paired to another device while trying to connect to your main device then turn the headphones off and back on to where the lights are blinking and connect to your main device before turning the Bluetooth back on on all the other ones vise versa
