I bet this is literally just regular Linux Lite, probably a pretty old version too, burned to a CD or DVD. I've seen pictures of bootleg software just like this for sale before. It's really just a scam.

This looks like something I made back in my early years, I used to call my 'creation' Windows Hybrid. Of course it's nothing more than Powerpoint presentations with some fancy transitions and effects, but I was proud.
I smiled for the entire video, it's like my younger self's soul is inhabiting someone else, but decided to take it further and sell it.

The multi-adapter thing is almost definitely to get through customs. I’ve bought a couple of flash carts for DS and 3DS that were banned by Nintendo, and they shipped them inside of oversized SD card readers to sneak them in.
