Thanks for your very original method of making Tofu. I used to process beans like you in a mixer, later, however, I switched to a (centrifugal) juicer which makes it a little faster. You don't have to squeeze. the milk through a cheesecloth, the machine does it for you. The only trick is to pour water at the same time as you feed in the beans. It must be simultaneous. For inspiration watch Chinese, Korean videos when they make Tofu. Their soy milk machines are basically made on the same principle as our cheap juicers..
