Hey thanks for the great clips. I train MMA 4 times a week. And was lifting x 3 a week. But I wasn't getting any stronger. So did what you say. Started only lifting 2 times a week. And it's working. I'm starting to see my numbers go up again - Thanks man. Definitely gonna carry on like this - Your other clips are great too

This one's great too - I showed this to my buddy and he's started training this type of 5 x 5 cos he was getting real sore and tired from the other Stronglifts thing.
