G'day guys, Greg here, Today I show you how easy it is to whip up a really quick breakfast for those of you on the run, or maybe on the way to the gym to help bulk up. PS i think my microwave is 1000watts but don't quote me on that.

Yeah it works. And it tastes good too and the butter helps it to cook better

I gotta write this comment and you gotta read it.
So this is probably my first ever search in youtube for anything related to cooking and food, but here i am in situation where i was kinda hungry and all i have is a fridge with eggs, butter, oil, vinegar, a microwave and bread. So this is incredibly easy to do, is definitely viable and don't hesitate not to try it at home!

You can also make poached eggs in the microwave. Put water in a cup or bowl to about halfway up. Crack in egg. Nuke 30 secs at a time till done to your preference. Scoop out with slotted spoon and place on folded paper towel. Then slide onto toast, or a plate, or a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

A korean friend of mine tought me their style of "steamed eggs" cooked in the microwave. Couple of eggs, milk, your choice of seasoning (mine is always cubed spam, bell peppers, salt and pepper) in a bowl, pop it in the microwave for 3min, stir and pop it again for another 3min. It's quite good.

I use 10 oz. paper bowl and a 7" paper plate to cover and smear butter on the bowl to start and I do 50 secs because I like the yoke a bit runny like over easy - 60 secs in my microwave makes the yoke cooked all the way thru, depends what you like. Don't forget a pinch of salt/pepper. Then, put your toast on the paper plate lid, then the egg, then when done, toss the bowl and the plate in the trash - no dishes to wash! Easy-peasy 👍

Trail and error eventually gave me consistency at breakfast.
Be careful with this method, the dish will get very hot.
In a dish, bring enough slightly salted water to a boil in the microwave, add 1 large egg, pierce the yolk, then place a saucer over the dish and cook on full power for 43 seconds @900w.
Adjust the times for egg sizes and microwave power.
Foolproof every time.

Love this! I like fried eggs rather than scrambled..I didn't know an egg would cook in microwave this way...thought I had to scramble..I think I'd cook mine 40-45 second..like mine a tad runny in yolk...thank you, Greg! 😀

Thank you! I prepared all of things but it didn't cook. Why? Maybe I need to buy a microwave right ? 😂 One more nice video!!

love your recipes Greg.. but if you turn on a small pan while you're getting dressed, and put the toast in while you're tying up your shoelaces, you can pop an egg in the pan and have it perfectly sunny side up in about one minute.. trust me I'm a pro lol try a slice of cheese under the egg, vegemite, or even leant butter with it. anything goes :)
