My break was about 8 months or so. I had SO MUCH to do and collect when I came back, and I STILL have so much to do!!!

I took about 6-8 month break, and started playing again right when the Desert came out. I'm already caught up now though 😭 still kept getting welkin blessings since I figured I would play again eventually, so I stacked primos which was nice.

This is exactly how I feel, I took a break around version 2.4. I logged in once in awhile but didn’t really do much. I finally started playing again in 3.0 and there’s so much to do! I was so burnt out before but, I’m a lot more excited to play now that I have a pile of content to go through. I honestly have been playing too much lately.

Never ever. I literally play every day even if it’s just for commissions, events, or to use up resin. I would hate to miss a day of primos and any kind if event. I really regret not playing since the beginning since I missed a lot of events I wish I did. So I’m not making that mistake of accidentally missing an event again. No I’m not burnt out or anything just really motivated to farm primos like crazy. And the funny thing is I’m not even f2p soo haha 😅

I never too a break :) I just started working IRL lol so the game makes me busy enough.
Actually I didn't finished the Sumeru forest and The desert. I still have quests in desert also. I haven't done Tighnari quest or Cyno or Nilou one. So I'm quite happy with my situation. I never miss anything in the game and don't getbored either. Just find the way you like playing :)

Yes I did, I took a 5 month break from January to June 2021. I came back after seeing Kazuha gameplay which captivated me and made me return to get him. Skipped over many banners including Ganyu, Xiao, Hu Tao, Keqing, Eula. From then, I swept through exploration for Monstadt and Liyue and it was the golden era of my gameplay because the enjoyment and awe is there!

I have been greeted by the Stellar Reunion event for ±4 times already 💀 and each time, I never completed it. lol. My friends who love Genshin more than me are all complaining about it to me and it always so funny 😂 Like well, I have other games beside Genshin. ofc I'll be busy playing each one 😂

Exactlyyyy what I felt after for taking a break almost a year. This time as I so much left behind, I'm not that much pressure to catch up to latest quest, making me enjoys the game.

Took a break after 2.5 and skipped 2.6 and 2.7 and then started playing again near the end of 2.7 during Itto’s rerun

Took a year break from Genshin, im still busy with completing quest not to mention all the events quest, same as you it made me enjoy the game more.

Yeah, from 2.5 till 2.7, not long but I missed two of my faves( Ayaka and yelan)

I stopped actively playing before inazuma came back, and came again 4 weeks ago, I love it there is so much to do and I'm enjoying inazuma a lot. Went from start of ar49 to mid 52 so I'm slowly getting there

Honestly, I took an over a year long break and came back. My account before I came back was sub-par at the very best, but after I came back…. I found mihoyo to be more giving now. We’re getting a lot of free stuff just for logging in and doing a really fun event. It’s a nice change of pace from the time that it came out. I got a little overwhelmed, but mostly I was having a lot of fun. There’s still some stuff that I’ve yet to do, but I’m getting there! 😁

When I leave for holidays, it's always nice to come back afterwards without knowing you've missed cool characters!

Yeah, I know this feeling. I played it during the year it launched, probably a month or so after it did. I took a break for 2 years (I recently came back a few months ago) and felt EXTREMELY overwhelmed.
