Ok I agree with 2/3. The third one is where I get hung up. Me and my best friend of 7 years are EXTREMELY competitive in everything we do, so we are always competing to be better than the other. It’s not necessarily the cold shoulder, but during that time of tension when one of us are trying 110% to improve on whatever it is, we aren’t really focused on each other. We are focused on our competition. On the “offseason” we are super chill. I do think that if someone just resents you after one upping them then that could be a fake friend, but for people like me, it’s the best way to get stronger.

I had these kind of friends all through highschool and pre University. Would talk about me behind my back to other people. Whenever I scored better marks than them they would feel upset. Whenever i was receiving attention they would try ro mock me. It used to upset me so much. Now that I'm in med college I don't really care about such people anymore. Just focus on my studies and make my life and let them dig their own graves because I know god will take care of the rest 🙏🏻

Dude I don't like my friends. Let's say I win the lottery and get 50 bucks, I go: "yay I won the lottery!" And then they win 100 bucks, they would go: "lol you thought you was good, " not in a joking matter. Then I have to swallow my anger and ignore the fact that my only friend is a massive narcissist.

I have a few friends that talk bad about my other friends...and I always wonder if they are doing the same thing with me...Since I have limited friends I started ignoring them anyways and I really dont care about them anymore...But to be really honest you dont need friends you should love yourself so much to the point where you could spend hours with yourself and still not get bored...Don't care about what others think.

one of my friend just acted really different since the competition. they lose and started to fight me in that competition. he was used to be my best friend. but the most painful words that he say to me is "youre disgusting" and "youre my worst friend"

Lemme share my story:
Me and my bestie amber are friend since we were around 2 and yes that a very young age we always do everything together and yes we always share thing i have a sister but we don't look like sister some PPL think me and ambers were sibling bc we always go together and sometimes i feel bad for my sister and one day we both went to the same school and while she was makin lots and lots of friends i had none..I felt kind of sad but i said to myself "cmon why are you sad?"and yes times goes by she started acting strange she would go to other picnics with her other friends and yes i also made some friends but only 2 and i told amber abt me having a crush and told her not to say it to anyone but she told her friends his name!! And she even tried to show them his face how mad i was i almost got angry but i tried my best to not shout at her and she kept ignoring me when her friends are around and acted like i was absent at school..
