The Military had the same problems with the implementation of the new EHR, same vendor and product that the VA is trying to implement. I experienced this first hand as systems program manager, DoD pushing this down our throats even with all the problems and vendor issues. Cash cow for Military contractors and retired military; No Colonel left behind!

It's a failure of governmental contracting, that's it! Cost plus contracting where there is NO incentive to save cost is the problem, period.

My friends work in the EHRM system and it failed because of poor management of contractors. Congress is looking to shut it down

I am a Vietnam veteran and a capital gave me a AR 635-212 spn 264, the paperwork I got from a lawyer he sent it to me after 50 years back to kicked me out of the US army, he sent me back to the USA after I was in Vietnam in May June July and August of 1970, I saw things was wrong in my unit in cu-chi South Vietnam, I wanted to get a rearing in Vietnam to telling my side from the other person who lied about me, I have 4 letters and they have lied about my service in my short time in the us army. This is why I am going to get my paperwork copies of the paperwork and send it back to the us army record and the new people in NBC news and CNN news about out government us army record, the paperwork is all wrong on my time.
