This exercise is a Bent-Over Reverse Fly using a resistance band that you can do anywhere. It is a great compliment to your strength program and is especially appropriate for travel or holiday workouts. It is recommended to do 8 - 15 repetitions of this exercise. You may increase or decrease the strength or length of the resistance band to enable you to do 8 - 15 repetitions of each exercise. This is a great exercise to develop general strength and mobility together with helping to tone the arms and back.
