This is a good demonstration of SQUEEZING hard with the rear deltoid. A few other points on the bent over reverse flies: 1 - a little weight goes a long ways. 2 - try and keep the torso static (I.e. not moving up and down). 3. A SLIGHT bend of the elbow is all you need. The more bend, the shorter the lever will be and the easier the fly will feel. Slight bend allows the delt to work, but nearly straight arms make the lever longer and the power needed greater. 👍
