Why did they use a vibration pump in this machine? Seems like a rotary pump would have been a much better and quieter option, even the Brewtus had a rotary pump I believe.

Great vid! Nice thing about the spec I have (europa?) is that the adjuster for the OPV is mounted at the front. To the right of the brewer boiler drain outlet, behind the drip tray. Makes it a tad easier to set the brew pressure! 👍😎☕️

How do you setup/adjust/Plumb the filter?

I'm very strongly considering this machine as my first espresso machine. A key question is can it be plumbed into a 3 or 5 gallon bottle of water below my counter rather than into my home's water line ala the Decent Coffee Cart video that is going around. I'd like to use distilled water with a water recipe rather than try and filter my home's water which is very hard. I realize I will probably need an inline pump to pull this off. Really need your advice on this one before ordering.

So no single spout portafilter. Which is a waste of materials anyway as I have no idea when somebody would use that one.

Not a great instructional. Doesn't teach how to hook up filter/regulator.
