Just my first thought seeing your "trick" to adjust the pressure... Your countertop in the studio (and in many people's kitchen) has a corner:

Set the machine to straddle the corner so all four corners are still on the counter and the machine is fully stable, but the belly of the machine is exposed to access the screw.

Just a safer idea to accomplish the same procedure from your friendly neighborhood OSHA inspector 😉

Are you planning a video on ideas to follow when creating a profile for different types of beans?
I think that this would be very useful. Please try to explain the impact of different profiles strategies.

I have a Profiler and have been experimenting with custom profiles.
I am working on one now for a single origin 100% robusta blend. It is challenging. But, I think I have a good one now that modified your DRKBLEND profile adding a 4 bar pre-infusion phase and more.

Hi. There is something that I don't get about the pressure profiling of this machine and I wonder if you could help me. In this video in mins 20-25 that there is no portafilter installed (so there is no resistance to create pressure!), why the pressure shown in the screen is rising? The water flow have to raise but not pressure! Is it pressure profiling or flow profiling?

Hey there. I see in the video how to adjust brewer pressure, but my steamer pressure sits at the red arc (too high). I’ve checked the technical menu settings and calibrated them according to the video. How do I decrease the steamer pressure so it sits in the green arc (milk frothing not going well with this too high pressure setting).

From the video it appears that this Profiler sold by WholeLattaLove does not come with the necessary equipment to allow it to be plumbed-in. However, the downloadable manual for it indicates that it is capable of being plumbed in (in two different versions). Can this machine be fully plumbed in with the right hoses? Will a plumbed in version be made available in future?

Hey guys, I recently got my own profiler and am trying it out. For some reason I can never get above 7 bar when profiling. Despite the target pressure being as high as 12bar, the measured pressure never gets higher than 7bar. Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting I need to change or is the problem with my machine?

Is the profiler model the only model that can run downloaded profiles? Can I download a profile and run it on the infuser?

You guys mentioned at some point in an older video that such a machine (double boiler and/or heat exchange, not quit sure) should only be descaled from a professional. Would that be possible to do at home now with this one as the boilers can be drained?

Can be installed the Flow Control kit on the E61 brew unit like the ECM/Profitec? Could be a weird question but with that you can get two methods of flow control and flow profiles!
