have just watched your set up video and found it so useful! We have had our Crem One for a year now and the first service was done by company i bought it off. They did not fix the extraction pressure which was barely on 8 even though I mentioned that the extraction seemed to be very weak! It was only through your video my husband was able to 'find' the pressure screw and fix the problem. We now have a a decent brew!

Really hard to find distributors here in Germany. I have no clue how robust this machine is and how good of an investment it might be a few months from now. But it didn't help with decision making on what machine I should buy. -.- Because just from looking at the features, this machine is a beast.

Can this machine be descaled at home using the instructions from your HX machine descaling video?

With the Auto-ON-OFF the only interval selected daily is when the machine will be with the boilers consuming energy after that it goes like in the stand by mode, it shuts off both boilers? If I want it to start at a second time of the day I would have to change the interval hour everyday then the machine does not store different interval for one day?

Hi Marc/AJ, I've decided to get this machine right after u watch this video and I just got my machine today.🤣 But I do have questions and I'm not sure if you could assist me. Which were regarding the auto on/off setting will require the machine to leave the physical switch to on. But in this case, the screen will not turn off. Is that ok to leave the screen on 24/7. Or it would actually shorten the life of the screen?

The machine is magnificent I have to say, the only details that concern me was that from the first day of use, the pressure gauge shows condensation inside and I can manage to see the readings but from esthetics it looks bad.

For some reason mine won't go above 7.7psi even with it all the way up? I just bought my machine. Is there a reason why?
