I installed PID in espresso office plus . Added T connection to copper line and adapter for temp sensor …. Works great !!!!

Hey Marc and A.J., great video! I'm really liking these Crem ONE machines. I feel like their feature to cost ratio is incredibly high and after a year of researching various machines, this value prospect may finally push me over the edge. In fact, I have a ONE PROFILER on pre-order, but I'm waiting to see more hands-on of it in one of your fantastic videos before pulling the trigger. I do have a couple of questions regarding that machine (direct water line connection), and can't wait to see it in action. Thanks!

Hi, great review!does anyone have the explanation to the menu guide in writing? User menual only says how to change temp. There is a nice explanation in this video but wanted to see if there is a written explanation

I tried to reach the pressure regulation screw on the back of the machine but I cant see it and if I put the screw driver in it, it seems like nothing is in there. I don`t even find this screw mentioned in the user manual. Is it possible that they changed this in a newer version? I just bought the machine here in Norway (it`s called 1B here). I noticed a bronze screw in the front panel, when you remove the drip tray, could have been moved there? If not what`s that for? Anyone can help?

With modern electronics I'm uncertain why they needed to resort to obscure codes in that menu. One should not have to have the manual in hand while trying to adjust a brew temperature or similar. Similarly, why make the user do the mental arithmetic when dealing with those temperature offsets? Isn't that display actually a small computer capable of simple math?

Make no mistake, this is a really nice machine. A few simple changes could make it so much more user friendly...

Hi, just a question:
Trying to brewing a darker roast at 85-88 C I decreased the boiler temp from 120 to 100, but then I noticed the boiler is struggeling to get at the right pressure and steaming a cappuccino was a hard task. Is it normal? I can I brew at 85 C without compromising the pressure at the boiler?

Hi WLL. I have a question. I have this machine at home and tested the flow rate without a portafilter. It gives me about 150ml/25s. Shouldn't it be more in 250ml/25s range or is the flow rate I found OK?

Any chance on a compare/contrast with the Pro 500 PID? Seem very similar. This one is less but seems like more for the money with the commercial features. I'm debating between something like this vs the Silvia Pro X or Pro 300 dual boiler. Still a ways off til I upgrade though.

When I bought my Expobar Office Lever Plus a few years ago, I searched high and low for that adapter you say you supply with all of your machines. I called WholeLatte and asked about an adapter and was told that any good hardware store would have one. Not here in Podunk they don’t. I looked on line and found a few possibles, but haven’t had much luck with high priced, high shipping, costs more than it’s worth to return deals. So again I ask, how do I get mine?

I've decided either with the ECM classika PID with flow control or crem hx. Can I mount a flow controller given that it's the same group head to the crem Hx. Can I get your preference ? In machine
