Link is, once again, the most terrifying thing in all of Hyrule. Including the Depths and the Sky Islands. I don't care how scary a hike Frox is while you can just barely see it in the darkness, or how absolutely terrifying Gloom Hands are at any point no matter how well equipped you are, Link is the only being to break reality for fun. Ganondorf has a reason to use his extreme power to mess with everybody. Sure, his reason is that he's an asshole, but it's still a reason. Link has no reason for what he does. He simply does. And it's terrifying.

Actually you discovered a hidden truth about the lore of TOTK. Link is Mineru's descendant because he is the Sage of Spirit of his time, clearly showed by how he detached his spirit from his body... (mostly)
