I do a dedicated shoulder day at least once a week and throw a little in on chest and back days as well. Mine has rounded out nicely. Stocking them by switching between high reps and heavy weight has really helped as well.

Since you make videos about doing more volume etc on your exercises do a video using mike mentzers routine and see those results.

Start looking at your form, you could put your shoulders in more of a full range of motion.

No dont listen to this crap. If your not going to failure you ain't doing a real workout.... on any body part... going to failure and sleep is what people need to do .

Repeat??😂 i wish i can do this i can't work and gym both labor sheesh. I work shoulders 2x too. Chest/shoulders then shoulders/arms another day
