You also forgot to mention that once you cure a zombie villager, they'll give you massive discounts. One time a cured villager lowered their prices from like 10+ something (can't remember what the item was) to just 3. It was wild.

I remember the old skin for zombie villagers, and it always really bugged me, I'm glad they fixed it so they wear tattered villager clothes.

So I knew almost everything :D there are some things you didn't mentioned. I just love villagers. I remember when they were added to the game and I was so happy. I only build my base in the village since then and always take good care of them. You can spend the whole game in the village, trading with them and let them thrive and they just give you better trades so you can have full enchanted diamond armor and enchanted tools without steping a foot out of the village :D And they are good company if you play on singleplayer (I always felt so lonely before). It's comforting for me to see them living and working around and when you explore and then go back to your base-village it feels more like home.

If anyone’s wondering why the Villagers look the weird way they do now

It’s because villagers were initially tests to see how npc’s would work in minecraft, but notch liked the stupid design of them so much he decided to keep them in the game

I swear at one point, baby villagers used to have the big head-small body design aswell and honestly I prefer that instead of the shrunken adult villager design
