hello I am using an M Audio M-track Duo on Windows, but when I try to use the input and the output of the interface simultaneously the audio engine of the DAW abruptly drops, but when I use the built in audio driver with the M Track as an input or output or vice versa it works fine. I tried to change the sample rate of both the inputs and outputs but they keep changing automatically every-time resulting in the dropout of DAW audio engine. I am really frustrated by now. please help.

Mine captures 11% when at 9, then 99% past 9. Output/monitoring set to max. Regardless of phantom power on or off, USB or Direct monitoring. Why is the volume knob like that?

I can't turn off audio streaming in any way, the control panel only allows you to change the buffer size. When I don't have any sequencer of the "Guitar rig 5" type running, sound is still output from the instrument to the headphones, and even with the computer turned off, this happens. As a result, the signal outside the program and the signal coming out of the program are mixed and the sound is unclean. How do I turn off audio streaming? Please give me some advice.🙏

I have several problems with the same audio interface that you have, my problem is that the microphone is very low, the control panel says that the interface is not connected and the monitor mode does not work either.

my mic doesnt work with the xlr cable, phantom power on and signal knob in 10. but works on p2 direct connect with pc. what do I have to do?

I have an M Track DUo. It is connected by USB to my Mac Mini M1 and I am using Logic Pro X as DAW. By mono jack (2 to 1) I have connected my Roland JD XL to the M Track Duo. However, no matter what I do I can't get any audio sound from my Mac (two external Behringer speakers) - (Input is M Track Duo, Output is my external speakers)
In my System Settings I can't find my M Track Duo (as such) the only thing I see is USB Codec (assuming this is the M Track) What am I missing? All videos start with either 'Connect your M Audio and it will be recognized...' uh no it doesn't ;-) Anybody has an idea??

Well, the website has changed and there is now only a windows driver installer package, no mention of MacOS. my M-Track Solo is buzzing in the speakers. Any suggestions?

hi i connect it and i can record on audacity but you cannot get the soun on the speakers, a soon as i plug it in it was set to 32 bit but the instructions says 16 bits does that matter? and when i hitted play after recording the sound was low, the pedal was set to half of the input volume

Hi there. I purchased my MAudio Mtrack few months and go and it’s been working fine till I noticed whenever I turned on, the signal clip keeps showing a red light and I can’t get any input signals on my DAW. Please is there any solution to this?

If anyone else is having issues with the interface automatically defaulting to 44100Hz 32Bit Input and 48000Hz 32Bit Output, here's a workaround that you can use to prevent the interface resetting back to default settings:
Just keep the Windows Sound tab open, to make it clear so no one gets confused, it's the tab that will show up with a cog item in your task bar, and has the header "System > Audio" (Windows 11). Doing so prevents the interface from switching back to default, set both input and output to 48000Hz 16Bit, and keep the tab open. You can alt+tab out of the sound tab, but do not close it otherwise your interface goes back to default settings.
Keep in mind, this is only a workaround, you will have to do this every time you wanna use the inferface. This is a driver issue, and judging by the fact that M-Audio hasn't updated the drivers for this thing ever since 2021, do not expect this to be fixed.
On the long run, do yourself a favor and buy a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th gen, or a Scarlett Solo 4th gen

Help! I did this and still cannot see M Audio anymore after I did that, so I took what we deleted the first time (The 2 p list files) and now my M Audio down not show up at all. I put what I deleted back and now I cannot see M Audio at all. What to do now> I have an M Audio M track eight

Hi, so I'm getting two audio tracks coming from my hardware put through the m-audio duo. I have seen a reddit thread about the scarlett, where they suggest downloading "focusrite" and altering how the interface deals with routing. Is there anything for M-audio I can use to resolve the issue? Im recieveing direct signal and the DAW signal to the m-track and i need to adjust that. thank you

I just started using mine. The stereo doesn't work. I have my Moondrop Chu's plugged in through a 6.35 mm converter, and the sound works but it's in mono. I even tried playing around in FL Studio to see and neither panning nor stereoizing work.
