It’s really quite effective.

Just add a few slices of ginger to boiling water, let steep for 10 minutes and drink.

Consider adding in some raw honey or lemon for better taste as well.

#3. Ginger Powder

Sprinkle it on some chicken curry or it’s even available in tablet form if you’re into that sort of thing.

in India we add ginger and garlic along with turmeric to most dishes.. we also cook using coconut oil :)

I drink ginger in a mixture every night. Turmeric, ginger, pinch of hot pepper and cinnamon in hot unsweetened almond milk. I occassionally make an infusion of fresh ginger, fresh turmeric & lemon in hot water. Yum!

My mother has hypertension really was not able to speak and no reaction even i want to talk to her i remember what i learn from you tube i took fresh ginger grated it and then sques it to have juice and i let her drink about six spoon of pure ginger juice after one hour it is very effective she can speak to me even not very well but i can understand her now thanks for the vlog

ginger, carom seed and a pinch of turmeric powder vigorously boiled in water is very very effective for gastritis, cold, and all benefits you've mentioned in the video.
