My entire 3 YEAR Lifting BODY TRANSFORMATION!

So this is a question I get quite often, so real quick I’ll run you through my entire lifting transformation which began on April 16 2019, this was the first day I did any sort of workout I came home from school really depressed and just for some reason decided to get in shape, I was like maybe 115-120 lbs at 5’8 and I would just throw together random home workouts with some weights that I had in my basement, I was eating pretty much whatever my mom made and more and somehow managed to bulk up to around 155 in July. I then started my first semester at college in August and that’s when I really started talking things more seriously, I started tracking my calories, tracking my weight, going to the gym I got my first gym membership and at the end of October I dieted down to 140 and looked the best I had ever looked in my life, and for the next few months I kinda just maintained cuz I was way too obsessed with being lean, until March of 2020 when quarantine struck and I was sent home from college and started my first ever proper lean bulk. I bought some more weights and equipment off Amazon and I was back working out in the home gym, and just slowly gained weight from around 140 in March to 173 at the end of September, and I initially planned on going to the end of the year, but I got really self conscious with how I looked and decided to cut it short, so I began my first official cut at the beginning of October in 2020, and I got really lean really quick, this was me on November 18, like 7 weeks after my peak bulk down 13 pounds, and again on December 9 at 157 and a few weeks after that is actually when I started posting consistently on tiktok, and I again got a little obsessed with being lean and so I maintained until around February of 2021 until I started a small bulk just so I could cut for the summer, and in April I looked like this at around 168 pounds, and cut down again to the leanest I ever was in July at 155 and this is when I actually started posting consistently on YouTube, and when summer ended I started my third year of college back on campus and finally got back to the gym, and decided to start my second long serious lean bulk which began in August, and this in my opinion is when my progress really took off, I started training a lot smarter, eating a lot better, and just doing things more effectively, and I went from 153 at my leanest in August to 187 at my heaviest in March of 2022, and on April 1st of this year, I started my cut which I am currently on, I weighed in this morning at 179.6 and looked like this a couple nights ago after a full day of eating with no pump, and that is pretty much my journey, it’s been a wild ride and I’ve learned a lot along the way, and hopefully I can learn even more in the upcoming years, but I hope that helps and thanks for watching. #Gym #BodyTransformation

This is just a quick rundown on my entire transformation, I might make a longer, more detailed video sometime in the near future. Maybe something like a vlog/reaction to my progress and give more insight into what I did, what I ate, how I felt, etc and talk more about personal stuff. Let me know if that's something you'd be interested in seeing!

Looking to get protein powder, creatine, or any other supplements?

The progress is admirable and inspiring, and I love reading you guys supporting each other. So often men's psychological or emotional problems are unaccounted for and it's great to see these supporting comments.

your first physique before working out is very similar to mine after working out for a bit less than a year. some people would find this discouraging, but to me this is great inspiration. i know that i can actually look good if i keep at it thanks to you

Bro this is amazing. I've been following you for probably about a year or so. I've been training non-stop for damn near 7 years and you're already where I'm at in 3. I think the most impressive aspect I've taken away from your content is how open-minded and genuine you come off. You're here to genuinely help and inspire people and that's really what it's all about. Looking forward to see where you are in another 3 years. 💪

Thanks Max for your humility and helpful info. Your tips have helped my gains greatly, most channels dip around with garbage promos, not you.

I’ve been to the gym for about 6 years now. I started with total of zero strength, couldn’t even do one pull-up and could barely press 30kg. I got much stronger over the years, and now I have quite good strengths, but I have never looked even remotely like the guy in this video. My visuals haven’t changed much at all, however my strength did. I don’t know how you guys manage to visually change so drastically over such a short period of time. I understand that I don’t take anything, I don’t even take Creatine, however almost all of the youngsters do, but still. I have no idea how you guys progress so quickly

Hey man, i was so fat growing up i didn't have the proper mentality to workout. But just before the pandemic when i had a emotional breakdown in my life i started working out and i lost so much fat but i forgot about nutrition and i became kind of skinny, after that i bulked up and had a cut. And my genetics kicked in and i became so much taller. Now I'm currently bulking up and never looked better. Its inspiring to know there are people like you out there . Keep going man♥️
