Install Tensorflow Object Detection API and create a sample

This video gonna show you step by step how to use Tensorflow API to detect multi objects.

1. Install Tensorflow
2. Install Object detection API
3. Install all tool needed.

Hello Jacky. Congratulations on your work. I would like to run this example locally without internet. How do I put the path in DOWNLOAD_BASE?
I'm trying to put DOWNLOAD_BASE = 'file: C: / Users / renat / Anaconda3 / envs / tensorflow-gpu / models / research / object_detection /'
but it's not working
