TensorFlow-GPU 1.11 installation guide with support for CUDA Toolkit 9.0 and cuDNN 7.3.1 is added.

thank you for this great video. actually i followed this tutorial step by step, i have downloaded the requirement libraries as you did and I've downloaded this version of Protoc v.3.4 and did the rest of the steps. eventually when i run my model as you did in Command prompt "import tensorflow as tf" i got a long error message as you got i followed your steps to overcome this problem but it did not solve.
even when i use jupyter i got long error message
could you please help me on this problem.
