JULY 6. im in the lowest and darkest place in my life, dealing with binge eating disorder, can’t control myself around food when i’m alone i make myself sick every day. go to sleep bloated, wake up bloated. i’ve lost jobs and quit multiple times due to this eating disorder. i pushed all my friends away, family too, boyfriend too.

i lost sleep. i lost myself and gained 20lbs. david goggins is my biggest inspiration. i am actively going to change my life. i will force myself to out of this depression. i will drag myself to the gym every day. i will follow a diet. i am going to change my life. i will update on august 15th.

That's how it happened for me. I was an addict and I didn't wanna change for a long time. And I kept asking myself why are you going thru this I'd think idk I'm stuck and that kept on for a while and my answers started to change. It went from idk im stuck to so and so did this and it caused that and time went by my answer changed again and again and eventually the answer the right answer hit me. I did this. No matter what any one else did to contribute I did this it's my fault. That day was day I figured out if it's my fault I can fix it. I can change it. And I did I'm 3 years clean I still got alot to do to make up for lost time and opportunities but I'm 32 years old and I'm more alive than I've ever been
