I caught a TV show called ‘The View’ once. It’s a big mystery to me how that inane garbage got on TV.

Girl buys the doll for $7 hoping they'd be worth money. Finds out they're worthless. Claims they're haunted sells for $1000. Well played Ma'am, Well Played!

The newsreader in no.3 isn’t Andrew Gardener - it’s Cliff Michelmore. Just thought you should know!

I bought a haunted bag of nails one time, soon after I purchased them banging noises were heard and bits of wood were found mysteriously joined together. Spooky.

The only mystery is why I sat through this to the end. I'll never get that 12 minutes back.

Max Headroom was never solved either. And that was epic.

So glad that aliens from another galaxy know how to speak English and broadcast their message in an English speaking country :)

So, I was getting my masters in public health in 2013, and I vividly remember the CDC using “zombie apocalypse” as a drill for *practicing* how to mobilize for public health emergencies.
If you want to solve that “mystery”, start there.

We had a doll like that when we were kids. It would wake up early in the morning and cook breakfast, then go back into the basement. A little creepy, but we decided we could live with it.

The con artist with the doll forgot to hide the obvious lump in the carpet leading up to the rocking chair. 😆

That moving glass thing.... I've had that happen. The hollow bottom of the glass gets sealed by condensation dripping toward the table. The difference between the temperature under the glass and ambient room temp causes the glass to be resting on almost nothing but water surface tension. Then the slightest visually imperceptible tilt of the table lets the glass slide downhill.

No 3 report shows a picture of Cliff Michelmore who worked for the BBC and not Andrew Gardner who was an ITN broadcaster and suffered the actual "interuption". If you want to convince us, please get your facts right.

No such list is complete without the weird Max Headroom incident.

The most terrifying thing on this list is that Steve Wilco had a television show, and that people actually watched it. Spine tingling.

It is a major mystery how CNN still has any viewers.

I'm an old geezer, 54. I rememer that broadcast from England back in 1977. I was 10. Had me all mystified and curious. Fast forward a few decades and reading that intelligent beings from another galaxy use the word "suck" has me in stitches hahahahaha

I experienced similar. I was around halfway through watching this video, and an advert suddenly appeared from nowhere with no warning.

I think the soccer stadium shadow figure is literally a shadow of a real person who was running along a catwalk/pathway near the rim of the stadium. This person probably ran in front of some floodlights, and his or her shadow happened to be cast in the correct proportions of an actual person in the stands.
Where this person was running was most likely far behind the cameras, and the floodlight just happened to be aimed the correct direction to project the shadow onto the opposing side of the stadium.
