This is also great info and exercises. I've been to physical therapy before and they gave me exercises to stretch both side of my neck. It sometimes feels good then some days it gets worse with pain. I have cervical dystonia. Not sure if your familiar with it. It's muscle movements in the neck and have muscle spasms in shoulders. I will try this more. I will be going back to physical therapy sometime soon for dry needling. It helped before. I like your videos also.
