OMG! I can not explain how excited I am to witness this Hornet Queen hopefully nest! Excited to see the complex, overlooked behaviors of the Queen! Although it may take weeks until something happens, waiting for the moments when you realize the Queen has nested and laid eggs makes It so worth it. That's also the beauty of ant keeping! You wait weeks, if not months for your queen to lay eggs, and have workers, but seeing that makes all the time and effort seem so fulfilling!

You really need to learn more about these things before trying to keep them... They can not survive in an enclosed container like that. They need to be able to hunt not only food, but wood to create cellulose that they use to make the paper that becomes their next. All you're doing by putting her in there and taking her in and out of the fridge is torturing her while preventing her from starting a nest as that container is WAAAY to small among other reasons. Again you should check out the Hornet King Channel, a wasp remover who has experience rehousing wasp nests to his property, and try to ask him what it takes to rehouse a nest as well as watch the videos where he does it. You probably can't even just catch a queen and hope she builds a nest where you want as no matter how many times you try to give them space to do so they'll just fly off and build somewhere else. What you need to do is move an already established nest to your place, which is not easy to do as you need the right equipment to not get stung. At this point though it's best you release the yellow jacket you have in the wild somewhere away from residential properties abs businesses so she can try to build a nest somewhere no one will disturb her... You owe her that much after putting her through what you've put her trough so far.

Edit : Also as someone else said she might already have a nest that is either dying or dead at this point without their queen, There's just so many things wrong with how you're doing this.

Nice I found a queen wasp in my garden a week ago

That’s a Vespula Squamosa queen. They can found regularly but they will overthrow an existing yellow colony’s queen and turn the workers into slaves like Polyergus.
