If you have a problem with them, i saw a traditional Japanese beekeeper who had an amazing idea for protecting herself and her bees. She used extremely sticky glue paper and caught one on it. When the hornet gets stuck, it calls for help and the others show up. While they are trying to check on the distressed hornet, all the others get stuck in the paper. Regular fly paper will not work, you need something as strong as gorilla tape.
