When i hit my ps button nothing happens, anyone got anything?

Bro no matter what I do my PS4 always does the checking system storage status bar and goes to 100% then says cannot start ps4 and everything I can do that bar shows up first and stops me from doing anything I even opened up my ps4

can’t get into safe mode cuz my power button is broken. is the any way to get into safe mode without the power button? or is there anyway to buy a new one?
