Hi guys👋😄. This 2020 solution of cannot start the ps4 is working for some people which I don't know why. This solution saves data but in my previous vedieo of 2019 for this prob can cause u data loss but that totally works for every one💪. It didn't work for me. It is giving me the "can't start ps4, . Connect the DualShock 4 using the USB cable and then press the PS button" in loop. after restart it shows a progress bar and it just progresses to 30 percent and then it stops and the loop starts.

Hey dude, when the first screen comes up, it only reaches 10% then go to that "cannot start the PS4" page. When I connect my controller, it tells me I need to download an update file (7.50). I'm not sure what to do because I've done what you've said to do
