Saitama doesn't have limitless strength and stuff like that, he just grows stronger during the fight, the point graph showed how Saitama grew in strength, if there were no points then only he would have limitless strength

Thing is, Blast doesn't ACTUALLY remember the battle that took off after Genos was killed. All he witnessed was Saitama punching Garou after turning back time, so everything he says is based off Saitama Negging Garou. Genos is the only one with knowledge of the true battle which had taken place and exposed this story to multiple heroes before Blast even thought of bringing it up to Sitch.
