the only reason Blast didnt went all out while fighting cosmic garou was because he knew that garou reached that stage where he can copy any moves he makes
also being the no 1 hero, he was thinking of the safety of the planet first and foremost
anyways even though I know saitama will win but we still haven't seen full potential of Blast yet.

First off all, Ye ye he was tangling w/ cfg and mpty void, he can manipulate space and time. But saitama is inhuman a creature breaking his limiter. He has infinite power and can easily kick away the portals, time wont affect him. Simply blast can't do anything to even harm saitama a bit.

Saitama can not be damaged..Even when hit with his own strength by Garou, he had no scratches on him..
You could say it was well fought, but Saitama still neg diffed Garou..It took longer, that's all..
