His unpredictable appearances make him even more mysterious, considering he held back on Garou and caring more about the human race than his fight with cosmic Garou implies that he has fought with Cosmic Beings for years in order to protect the universe.

I think it's too early to declare knowing his full powers and abilities seeing as he was clearly holding back against garou to avoid destroying the earth (stated in the manga)

blast is powerful than garou, the only reason he didnt went all out against cosmic fear mode : awakened Garou because he was caring about the safety of earth like a true hero would
that's why he deserves S- class rank 1

Peoples really thought blast is weak but they didn't realised it -
1) he is proven ftl+ without trying like saitama
2) Cosmic garou didn't even make scratch on blast (cosmic garou tier 4A-3C)
3) blast reacted so fast to 2 serious punches
4) blast can manipulate blackholes and hyperspace, also can manipulate dimension and do projection
And still not going all out means i m sure blast is going to take opm on another level after next few chapters

Blast's powers are like the combination of assasin, fighter, mage and support. I don't know if he could tank but he has power and assistance! His power is in another level

I’m gonna make a safe bet that at his peak, Blast can probably use all 4 fundemental forces and I believe all the Galactic Cadres and God’s strongest followers can do. Blast so far is using Gravity, Gaurou is using Weak Nuclear Force and you can argue God granting these powers and forms his him using Strong Nuclear Force. Some of the higher level feats Electromagnetism are similar to what characters with psychic abilites are generally given so that can help the Esper argument.

3:15 Interesting take on what happened. To me it seemed like they helped contain and redirect the blast in one direction and that force propelled them in the opposite direction to I.O.
7:11 Garou didn’t have the gravity knuckle activated when he escaped from the gate that Blast closed on him. He used the same exact pose that Blast did when he appeared in between Bang and Garou showing that he gained the ability to manipulate hyperspace gates. From what’s been shown, the gravity knuckle doesn’t seem like it gives you command over the gates and moreso looks like a damage booster

I think the "galactic cadre" didn't necessarily have the same power but used whatever their idividual abilities were to help deflect the power away. When his gate couldnt handle it he said he had to atleast alter the direction of it and when they went flying he said he wondered how far the blast sent them.

It's crazy that garou only get a smallest tip from gods power, if blast and his team fighting this "gods", I still think he's above Garou by mile
