As cool as it will be to (hopefully) one day see Blast in action, I'm actually more curious to hear more about his hero philosophy. I'm a fan of the reluctant hero archetype and as much as I like MHA, the "I'm gonna save everyone" mantra gets kinda old.

After retiring Blast was finally able to do the things he wanted to do instead of saving the world every day but since he had never had such freedom he completely gave in to hedonism and gorged himself on crab until he became Crablante. Fate then lead him to Saitama and in death Blast unknowingly created his successor.

What if Blast is not just a hero name, but some type of "tittle" and in the end we will see blast say to saitama something like <Can you take a hit> and we see Blast and Saitama in a friendly all out fight, in the rubble of the destroyed city, with each blow and hit, emiting huge blast wages, shaking the ground, and we see blast and saitama with the fire in their eyes and a huge smile in their faces and some time later when they are both satisfied, blast have a conversation with saitama a very emotional and inspirational, where the fans will sheed a tear and be motivated to do stuff in real life, and the blast says to saitama <Now is your turn> and he retires, leaving saitama to be the S rank 1, "Blast" to protect the earth of all god type threat, standing a permanent but silent watch, in his house playing games all day, until is time to act, until in a few decades later a new hero will be worthy of Blast
