I honestly think that if Genos was "No Diff", Tanktop Master should be too, he's less versatile and likely less powerful than manga Genos during the MA arc. Heck, even by the end of the last anime episode, Genos is likely better.

Boros no-diff all S class heros besides serious tatsumaki which would be low-diff.

Also he beats boros low-mid diff since blast would’ve been able to do better against saitama compared to boros.

Extra: For some people talking in the comment sections, blast redirected saitama’s serious punch^2 (squared) with some help but boros only took a serious punch’s shockwave.

Considering Saitama and Cosmic Garou were close to being equal at first, and it's not sure at all that Blast has shown eveything he got, it seems quite clear to me that Blast was superior to both Cosmic Garou and Saitama at the beginning of their fight. By the end of it, considering they got a lot stronger, we don't know. However, it does imply that God is way more of a threat that I thought, including to Saitama.
