I’ve been swimming for three months now. Three days ago I did a quick, low-impact, 20 minute workout then a 20 minute stretch because my schedule was too crazy to leave the house. The fact that I suddenly had to deal with gravity was AWFUL! 😂 And I had no cool water running over my body the entire time to mask the fact that I was sweating. I just got overly hot in the regular air and had to deal with sweat running down my body. I’ve been barely able to move for DAYS. Today, getting back to swimming was a relief. I really love it! It has helped me so much!

i have been swimming since i was around 3-4 and i can DEFINITELY confirm that swimming is one of the top 7 hardest sports it is just everything!!!

overall my usual swim practice is around 3, 000 yards and i can confirm the longest rest we get is 30 secs between sets but while in a set usually 0-15 secs.

I play soccer and run track. But swimming is my sport and in track essentially people are complaining of how little rest we have when we have like 5 minutes. Meanwhile swim anywhere from no rest to at most maybe a minute😅

don’t forget intervolts and 5 sec rest which is a lot

a few seconds- or even none if you don't make it, so when you finish, you have to leave right away, no matter how tired you are

I have been swimming since I was like 1 week or smt but not like real just baby swim and then I kept on swimming and I’m 14 now and let me tell you in my group we get like 10 sec per 100-200 m stroke but I can like never wait that much so just as I have touched the wall I keep in swimming like I have 200 left haha
