El primero es para distancias cortas, patada rápida y menor rotación, y brazadas mas rápidas. El 2do es para distancia largas, una patada una brazada, mayor rotación de cadera.

First stroke, imagine a wheel with with spokes and buckets at the end, the elbows don’t bend. Best when sprinting for maximum power. Second stroke is efficient and person here is reaching and twisting to get the most distance with his stroke. Also he’s kicking like an outboard motor in the first stroke and the second stroke his kicks are more efficient.

Para distancia importante no hiperventilar cómo en velocidad q es el primero e ir un solo ritmo constante pero no tan agresivo como en velocidad tambien la diferencia entre una y otra es el tiempo de deslizamiento de los brazos y la amplitud de estiramiento en los hombros según el vídeo mostrado aquí 😊 bueno eso es a mi parecer 😅 saludos nadadores!!!

On the first one, the long distance, you need to slow pace of rotation of arms a little bit down and 8mprove your gliding technique!
