You need to factor in the momentum and distance gained from the initial dive. So the actual pace is a tick lower. With that said. I’m confident I will easily drown within seconds.

This is the flume in Colorado Springs. They can literally pressurize it to simulate swimming at different elevations. In the air lock there are emergency oxygen tanks in case pressurization goes afoul. There's also a tow line at rhe 50 meter pool that they set to world record pace. That's a fun ride.
